Yucata, often referred to as the
Mexican Hairless originated in
Central America and Mexico.
This breed of pig has been used by
laboratories since its skin and
internal organs closely resemble
those of humans.
While this hearty little pig is called
hairless, it does have coarse hair.
The Yucatan Pig is silver, grey in
color and at maturity 10-24 inches
tall and will weigh about as much as
an adult male, between 150-200
pounds. These pigs are easy to
socialize and enjoy being handled.
